Shipping is calculated at checkout:

In-store Pickup - Free
We will let you know when your order is ready and you can pop by during our business hours to pick it up. 

Regina Delivery - $10.00 flat rate. Monday-Friday order by 12pm for same day doorstep delivery. Orders placed after 12pm will be delivered the following day. 

Canada-Wide Shipping - $15 flat rate. We typically ship Canada-wide via Canada Post. 

Lumsden Pickup - Free
We will let you know when your order is ready and you can pop by during our business hours to pick it up.  Select pickup at checkout and add Lumsden pickup to your order notes. 

All orders are shipped out in a combination of reused boxes, reused packing supplies or 100% recycled materials.
