Shipping is calculated at checkout:

In-store Pickup - Free
We will let you know when your order is ready and you can pop by during our business hours to pick it up. 

Regina Delivery - $10.00 flat rate. Monday-Friday order by 12pm for same day doorstep delivery. Orders placed after 12pm will be delivered the following day. 

Canada-Wide Shipping - $15 flat rate. We typically ship Canada-wide via Canada Post. 

Lumsden & Pense Delivery - Free
Select pickup at checkout and add your address to your order notes. We will deliver within a couple of days. 

All orders are shipped out in a combination of reused boxes, reused packing supplies or 100% recycled materials.
