Return Policy

Our Holiday Return Policy: Purchases made from November 1 - December 24 can be returned until January 7th. Exchange or store credit will be provided with proof of purchase, sorry no refunds. We can email or text your receipt at the time of purchase for your records. 

In-store Purchases:

We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase.

If that's not the case, an exchange or store credit will gladly be offered on unopened, unused or undamaged products within 14 days of purchase. Goods must be returned in sealed condition, complete with all original packaging.

We regret that we cannot offer exchanges or credit on goods that have been opened or used. However, if you are not satisfied for any reason, please contact us and we would love to work with you to help satisfy your needs. 

Online orders:

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by the consumer. The consumer is responsible for any loss or damage during shipment. The Alternative can not guarantee a receival of a returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded by The Alternative will not include the cost of shipping.
