Who? The concept of refilling is new to many people. Our goal is to be available to help anyone who wants to learn how to start refilling and be more sustainable.
What? Refilling is the process of bringing in your own container time and time again to fill it up.

Where? At our storefront – 1377 Hamilton Street. You can also purchase refillery items on our website in original containers or refill jars to top up your bottles if you can’t make it into our store.
When? A great thing about refilling is your container does not need to be empty. Simply bring it in whenever is convenient for you!
Why? It’s all about sustainability! Think about all of the plastic containers you purchase and throw out on the regular. Shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, hand soap.. the list goes on. Most of us have good intentions on recycling those bottles. When the time comes and that bottle is empty no one has the time to get the sticky gunk out of the bottom of the bottle or it isn’t even recyclable.
How? We try to make refilling as easy as possible. Bring in your containers to our storefront. We will tare the weight of the container, fill it up for you and weigh it again. Therefore, you’re only paying for the product inside. If you don’t have containers, you can either purchase them from us or take a free jar from our donated jar bank.
